Staying motivated is certainly not easy and most definitely can be frustrating at times… well, many times. We must remember that staying motivated is a daily practice, much like brushing your teeth, feeding yourself and sleeping. The only difference is that it is just a little more challenging. The good news is that we are creatures of habit and once we form a new habit it becomes much more effortless. So the best thing to do is to stay focused on your goals and my favorite way is to keep something by your bedside, or mirror that reminds you of those goals, and to take a few moments every morning to remember them and to tell yourself you are manifesting them at this very moment.
Fortunately for us, the sun comes up every day and we have a new opportunity to begin. So do not be hard on yourself for what you did yesterday, for it no longer exists. All that exists is today and right now, so just try again! Love yourself enough to give yourself another chance… you would do it for someone else, right?
