I have finally come around to sharing with you, my very dear readers, my ultimate secret for the very BEST energy food… Honey Pollen Toast. 

This toast evolved out of a health practice that I have been doing for the past couple years of blending honey and pollen to create the ultimate healing food. When you blend honey and pollen together, a synergy is created that serves as an excellent liver tonic and hormone balancer.

Being a woman who has dealt with terrible cramps and irregular periods, this honey and pollen blend has literally saved my life. It has quickly became one of my go-to recommendations for my clients, and I have continually seen amazing results. So low and behold, the honey and pollen blend has extended into many of my favorite recipes including smoothies, desserts and now the famous Power Pollen Toast.

And for all of you men out there– this recipe has spread like wildfire amongst the men in my life. It has all the essential fats, proteins, carbs and nutrients for the hormone boost and energy needed to keep you guys running!

Honey Pollen Toast Ingredients:

 

Organic Sprouted Bread

Raw Pure Honey

Bee Pollen

Raw Coconut Butter or Oil

 

Directions:

 

Toast the bread lightly and smear on coconut butter or coconut oil. If the coconut butter or oil is hard, you can heat it up in hot water or place in a toaster oven.

Once the butter has been spread, add a layer of honey and sprinkle on bee pollen.

Eat slowly, enjoying every last bite!

    I eat local, organic bee pollen several times a week, but I’ve never though to combine it with honey and coconut oil! This is a must-try, thanks so much.

    This is certainly my favorite way to start my day… Honey/pollen toast, hot tea (white or black organic loose leaf) and a 1 cap of NADH under my tongue after eating and drinking. I feel awake, energized, and with the NADH, my head is lit up and focused… great for being mentally “on” and productive at work. This combination is also great before a workout for increased stamina… works every time 🙂
