A Healthy Thanksgiving Recipe Guide
Thanksgiving is a time of great excitement, a time to spend with loved ones, but also a time where most people fall off the healthy eating band wagon. While I completely believe in moderate indulgence, I also believe that holiday food can be outrageously tasty and healthy at the same time.
Therefore, there is no need to feel guilty or even deprived when it comes to holiday eating, because there are so many amazing recipes that can keep you on track, but prevent you from feeling like you are missing out. Check out my following favorites that no doubt have a competative chance for being the favorite of the night.
Note: All recipes are vegetarian, some being vegan. With that being said you can always alter the recipes to be vegan as well.
